WooCommerce Integration

For EXPECTED results when using our integration with WooCommerce, the following settings must be used in WooCommerce:

Stock Management Settings

Enable stock management must be ON for your store.

This is a general store product setting. To check this setting in WooCommerce follow these steps:

  1. Click WooCommerce > Settings > Product > Inventory.
  2. In the Inventory portion of the page, locate the Manage Stock field.
  3. The Enable Stock Management setting is to the right. It is a checkbox setting. Make sure the checkbox is marked. When it is marked, this setting is ON for your store.

Enable stock management must be ON for each product.

Stock management for a product is set in the product record, to check this setting follow these steps.

Open the product record.

Inventory tab: in the Manage Stock field, the Enable stock management at product level checkbox setting is to the right.

Mark this setting to enable stock management for the product.

Product quantity field: enter the product quantity in this field to track the product quantity.

Order Shipment Tracking Settings

The WooCommerce Shipment Tracking plugin created by WooCommerce must be installed, along with the WooCommerce Services plugin created by AutoMattic (free). The WooCommerce Services plugin also enables the ability to ship using USPS or Canada Post.
