Using IntelliTrack for QuickBooks Online

IntelliTrack for QuickBooks Online tracks inventory levels for inventory part items from QuickBooks Online when an item is adjusted in inventory. It posts purchase orders and it posts sales estimates and creates invoices for them. After the Plugin settings are in place and the dataset between QuickBooks Online and IntelliTrack is established, you are ready to start using the Plugin to:

Note: In order for the inventory and order information to flow between QuickBooks Online and IntelliTrack, the following settings must be in place: connection to the QuickBooks company, the Plugin configuration settings, and establishment of the initial dataset.

Integrating the Applications

Make sure that all the setup is complete before using the Plugin to import inventory, export inventory adjustments, and work with purchase orders and sales estimates.

Syncing Data

The Plugin syncs the data between IntelliTrack and QuickBooks Online.

Note: When you are ready to sync the data automatically, set the Sync Interval in the Plugin to enable the automatic syncing. The data will sync automatically based upon the time period set in the Sync Interval field.
