Rapid Check In and Check Out

The Rapid Check In/Out featureThe Rapid Check In/Out feature is designed to rapidly check in/out assets from the web application while using a wired or wireless wedge scanner. It is available in edit mode. When enabled, the Assets > Rapid Check In/Out option is enabled in the web application and the user may reach the Rapid Check In/Out page. Rapid check in/rapid check out labels are available at the View Labels page. Check In Order Auto-Numbering and Check Out Order Auto-Numbering must be enabled for the division in order to use the Rapid Check In Out feature. is designed to rapidly check in/out assets from the IntelliTrack web application while using a wired or wireless wedge scanner.

A Rapid Check In or a Rapid Check Out is performed at the Rapid Check In/Out page in IntelliTrack.

Note: In order to reach this page, the RoleThe role is a collection of system features. Each feature has an access level of either read-only or edit. A role is assigned to a user. The user has access to the features found in the role. of the Logged-in UserAn IntelliTrack user has an account with IntelliTrack and uses the software; is active in the system; has a valid username and password; is assigned to at least one division and one site; has a default division and a default site. The Rapid Check In/Out process is performed from the Rapid Check In/Out page in IntelliTrack. Select Assets > Rapid Check In/Out to reach this page.
