Starting an Application Session
Logging into the IntelliTrack application and starting a valid session requires:
- an active user (see "User Management Page")
- a valid username and password
- terms of use acceptance at first login
- license availability
IntelliTrack Terms of Use
The first time that you log into the app, the Terms of Use popup appears. After the first login, it will not appear again.
Note: A link to the Terms of Use is available in the footer of the Login page. Refer to it from this location anytime.
Logging into IntelliTrack
Follow the steps below to log into IntelliTrack.

Load IntelliTrack in your web browser. The IntelliTrack web address is https://system.intellitrack.com.

When the application first loads, the Login page appears.

Enter your username (the username must be in email format such as user@email.com) and password in the respective fields.

Next, click the Login icon to log into IntelliTrack.
- If this is the first time that you are logging into IntelliTrack,a Terms of Use popup appears. Otherwise, this popup does not appear.
- Read through the Terms of Use.
- You must agree to the Terms of Use to use IntelliTrack. If you agree to them, mark the I have read and agree to the Terms of Use checkbox.
- The Agree icon
becomes enabled. Click this icon.
- The Terms of Use popup closes.
- You are logged into IntelliTrack. The Home page appears.
