Inventory

At the Inventory Data page, you are able to quickly check inventory details such as item quantities and item locations. You are also able to purge inventory for a site.

Additionally for consumable inventory, you are able to:

  • Adjust consumable inventory item quantity
  • Update inventory counts

IntelliTrack tracks consumable inventory item quantity, item location, and item movement at each of your sites. In addition, detailed inventory control settings may be used, when turned on for the division (see "Setting Division Options" for more information). They include:

  • Multiple Units of Measure for an item
  • Item Lot Tracking
  • Item Expiration Date Tracking
  • Item Serial Number Tracking
  • Item RFID Tracking

Asset inventory is tracked when the system uses assets. When an asset is placed into a site-location, it becomes part of the asset inventory. The asset quantity is always considered to be 1.

Note: To use assets, the role of the logged-in user must have access to the Assets feature.

When the system uses RFID, RFID asset tracking is available.

IntelliTrack has a Convert Unit of Measure feature. The role of the logged-in user must have access to this feature to perform an inventory unit of measure conversion; see see "Inventory Unit of Measure Conversion" for more information.
